We only accept returns or provide refunds if there is a valid issue with the product, such as:

  • Damaged item
  • Incorrect product received


🎥 Mandatory Proof (Very Important)

To be eligible for a return or refund, you must provide a clear unboxing video that shows:

  • The package being opened from the start (no cuts or edits)
  • The issue/damage clearly visible

❗ Without an unboxing video, no return or refund will be accepted under any circumstances.


⏰ Reporting an Issue

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
